Al Ahly’s football first team resumed their training sessions on Friday morning at El Tetsh Stadium, where they prepared for Sunday’s game against Al Mokawloon Al Arab in the Egyptian Cup.

After having a 24-hour rest on Thursday, Al Ahly’s football first team gathered at El Tetsh where Marcel Koller, Al Ahly’s manager, held a tactical meeting with our players before the start of Friday’s session.

Afterwards, our players went out to the pitch to carry several fitness and tactical drills. 

Whereas, our goalkeepers had an intense session led by Michel Iannacone, the team’s goalkeepers’ coach.

On a different note, Al Ahly’s duo: Hamdy Fathy and Mohamed Abdelmonem are now match fit after rejoining the team’s full training sessions.
